Many times when I'm fighting (PvP or PvE) I'll use a stamina potion and it doesn't matter what level or kind of potion it is, if I fire it very often it will misfire and I will not get the stamina or the buff icon for it. The potion then goes on cooldown and is wasted completely. For some reason it seems to mostly happen in combat as opposed to being out of combat.
